Limited or suspended account: why it happens and how to fix it

Seeing a block notice can be scary, but the cause is almost always simple and gets resolved quickly. Here are the three possible cases.

1. "Account suspended for unpaid fee"

The monthly fee couldn't be charged because there weren't enough funds in the account. The solution is automatic: top up your account (a simple incoming transfer is enough) and, as soon as the fee is collected, the account reactivates on its own. No need to call anyone.

2. "Amount under verification"

An incoming transfer may be briefly held for a security check — this happens especially with unusual amounts or new senders. You'll see the amount marked with a lock icon 🔒: it becomes available again as soon as the check is complete, usually within a few hours or 1 business day.

3. "Information request"

Our review team may ask you for a document or clarification (for example, the invoice related to a payment received). You'll get the request in the app and via email: reply directly from the conversation, attaching what's requested. The sooner you reply, the sooner your account is fully operational again.

💡 In any other case — or if the notice isn't clear to you — message us on Messenger: we'll tell you exactly what's going on with your account and what's needed.
