Receiving payments to your account

To get paid, you just need to share three details with your customer:

IBAN

You'll find it on your dashboard and under Accounts — use the «copy» button to avoid typing mistakes.

BIC

PAYVBEB2XXX (only needed for transfers from outside the SEPA area or older banking systems).

Account name

Your company's exact registered name.

When does the money arrive?

SEPA transfers usually arrive within 1 business day; instant transfers take just a few seconds, any time of day. As soon as the payment lands, you'll see it right away in your transactions and get a push notification on your phone.

Why a payment might show as «under review»

Some incoming payments are briefly held for a security check (this can happen with unusual amounts or new senders): the amount will appear with a lock icon and unlock once the check is complete. This is there to protect you, not a problem with your account.

💡 Still waiting for a transfer that hasn't arrived? After 2 business days, ask the sender for the transfer receipt (it contains a code called TRN) and send it to us via Messenger: with that code, we can track it down.
