Opening an IperMoney account is done entirely online and usually takes 15–20 minutes of your time. Here's what to expect, so you can get everything ready before you start.
What you need before you begin
A valid ID document (ID card or passport)
Your smartphone (you'll receive codes via SMS and take a selfie)
Your company's Chamber of Commerce registration (visura camerale), a recent bank statement, and a document showing the source of funds (for example, a balance sheet)
Name, email, and phone number of the main shareholders and directors
The 6-step journey
1. Sign up with an email and password, then confirm your email by clicking the link we send you.
2. Look up your company: enter the name or VAT number and the details will fill in automatically from the business registry. All you need to do is check them.
3. Tell us who's behind the company: shareholders with significant stakes and directors. If you upload the visura camerale, this section will be pre-filled for you.
4. Upload the company's documents (clear photos or PDFs are fine).
5. Answer the questionnaire: a few questions about your business activity, expected volumes, and where your funds come from. There are no "wrong" answers — just answer honestly.
6. Verify your identity: each person listed will receive a link to photograph their ID and take a selfie. It only takes 2 minutes per person.
What happens next?
Our team reviews everything, usually within 1–2 business days. As soon as your account is approved, you'll get an email and find your IBAN ready in the dashboard. From that moment on, you can receive bank transfers, make payments, and issue cards.
