Logging into IperMoney has two locks: your password and a one-time code. That way, even if someone found out your password, they still couldn't get in without your phone.
How to log in
1. Enter your email and password.
2. You'll receive a 6-digit code via SMS on your registered number (for some operations, you'll also get it by email, as a backup).
3. Type in the code and you're in. On your usual device, the session stays active, so you won't have to do this every time you open the app.
Forgot your password?
It happens to everyone. On the login screen, tap "Forgot password": we'll send you an email with a link to create a new one. Choose one that's long and that you don't use anywhere else.
Code not arriving?
Wait up to a minute: sometimes SMS messages take a little while.
Check that your phone has signal and that the registered number is correct.
Also check your email (including spam): for payments, the code is sent through both channels.
The golden rule
No one from IperMoney will ever ask you for your password, a code received via SMS/email, or your card's PIN. If someone asks you for these — over the phone, by email, on WhatsApp — it's a scammer: end the conversation and report it to us.
