Your company's documents: what's needed and how to upload them

To open the account we need a few documents from your company. Nothing hard to find: these are papers every business already has.

The 3 required documents

Company registration certificate (or articles of incorporation)

This shows that the company exists and is registered. You can download it from the Chamber of Commerce website or ask your accountant for it.

Recent bank statement

A statement for the company covering the last 3 months, even from another bank. This helps confirm the business is active.

Proof of source of funds

A balance sheet, financial statement, or any document explaining where the money you'll use on the account comes from.

In some cases we might also ask for the company's bylaws, shareholder register, list of directors, or proof of the registered office address (a utility bill addressed to the company works just fine).

How to upload them

1. In the "Company documents" step, tap on each box and select the file: PDF, JPG, or PNG up to 10 MB are all fine. A photo taken with your phone is okay too, as long as everything is legible.

2. If after submitting you notice you uploaded the wrong file, open the summary and use the "Do you need to add or update a document?" section to replace it.

3. While the review is in progress, uploading may seem temporarily blocked — that's normal. If we need anything else, we'll reach out to you in the app and by email.
