Your personal contact details
Email and phone: these are also the channels for your security codes, so any change needs to be verified. Message us on the Messenger and we'll guide you through the change safely.
Language and preferences: you can change these yourself from your Profile.
Your company details
For changes to your company name, registered office, directors, or ownership structure, message us on the Messenger and attach the document proving the change (usually an updated Chamber of Commerce report). We'll update our records and, where required by regulations, carry out the necessary checks again.
Why it's important to do this right away
The name shown on statements and documents needs to match reality.
An unreported change in beneficial owners can lead to sudden verification requests or operating restrictions.
Incoming transfers with outdated details may be delayed during checks.
