You've submitted everything and now you see "in verification". Here's exactly what's happening and how long you'll need to wait.
What we check
Our team verifies the company details, the uploaded documents, and the identity of everyone listed. This is a check required by law for every business account, and we do it as quickly as possible.
Timing
The review usually wraps up in 1–2 business days…
…but the clock starts only once everyone has completed their identity verification. If a partner hasn't clicked their link yet, the application stays on hold.
How to tell if something's missing
Log into your account: the summary page shows every step along with its status. If you see "To complete" next to someone's name, that's who we're still waiting on — you can jump straight into their verification with "Complete now" or resend them the link.
Once everything's approved
You'll get a confirmation email. The next time you log in, your active account will be ready with your Italian/European IBAN: you can immediately start receiving transfers, sending them, and creating your cards.
💡 Tip: if it's been more than 2 business days since everyone completed their verification and you still haven't heard anything, message us through Messenger (the icon in the bottom right) — we'll check on your application right away.
